Vito A. Palmieri, Esq.

Obtained his Bachelors of Science Degree from St. John's University in 1986 and his Juris Doctor Degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Huntington in 1989. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the United States District Court of the Eastern District of New York.

Mr. Palmieri began his career as an intern with The Queens County District Attorney's Office in 1988. He then served as a Nassau County Assistant District Attorney from 1989 - 1992. Upon leaving the Nassau County District Attorney's office, he established the Firm of Fiscella & Palmieri, PC, in Melville, New York. The practice concentrated in the areas of criminal law, civil litigation, personal injury, real estate, corporate law and trusts and estates. In November 1995, Mr. Palmieri, began practicing as a solo practitioner and in January 1996, he moved his office to 114 Old Country Road, Mineola New York directly across the street from the Nassau County Criminal Court. In 1997 Mr. Palmieri founded his current law firm along with Mr. Castiglione. In April of 2004 the firm moved its offices to its current location at 250 Mineola Blvd., Mineola, New York.

Mr. Palmieri has been awarded a Certificate of Merit for lecturing on Criminal Law before his fellow members of the Bar. As an experienced trial lawyer, he has tried both criminal and civil cases to verdict in both State and Federal Courts. In 2003, while engaged in a seven- month mortgage fraud trial in Supreme Court Suffolk County, Mr. Palmieri simultaneously tried a sex abuse case in Nassau County. The results were a jury acquittal for his client in Nassau County and a trial order of dismissal by the Court for his client in Suffolk County.

Mr. Palmieri is currently an officer of the Nassau County Criminal Courts Bar Association and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association and New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and Former Assistant District Attorney's Association. 

Mr. Palmieri's diverse array of clients has resulted in a broad range of litigation and legal experience. Among the prominent areas of law that he has practiced in are Federal and State contract disputes, Federal and State Criminal matters, Federal Civil Rights and Sexual Harassment claims, Municipal Claims, Zoning and Planning Board representation, School Board claims, Arbitration and Mediation on the Federal, State and local level. Mr. Palmieri has also been successfully involved in complex litigation in both the civil and criminal arenas against such noteworthy adversaries as the US Attorneys Office, State Attorney Generals Office, New York Life Sanus Group, TransMedia, Signature Card, GE Financial, Exxon and Sunoco. 

Mr. Palmieri has also handled thousands of real estate closings, leases and numerous business transactions. His widespread civic activity and leadership has earned him the honor of being named to the National Register of Who's Who in Executives and Professionals. Mr. Palmieri donates his time as a member and Special Counsel to the Board of Directors for the Glen Cove Jr. Football Program. He also donates his time and efforts as a committee person to the Long Island branch of the Diabetes Research Institute to help find a cure for Juvenile Diabetes. 

Frank P. Castiglione, Esq.

Received his Bachelors of Science/Bachelor of Arts Degree from Georgetown University in 1983 and his Juris Doctor Degree from St. John's University School of Law in 1993, and is admitted to practice law in both the state of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court, District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Castiglione became associated with the Law Offices of Euclid F. Maggiani in Manhasset, New York, which concentrated its practice in the areas of general corporate law, real estate law, representation of individuals and lending institutions in commercial and residential real estate transactions, foreclosures, and trusts and estate planning.

While at the Law Offices of Euclid F. Maggiani, Mr. Castiglione supervised all real estate transactions, business sales, and corporate matters. He is the chief supervisor of all bank transactions and is responsible for all closings and the liason between each lender and the mortgage broker. Presently, he serves as a member of Ticor Title Guarantee's Advisory Board. 

Mr. Castiglione is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, Columbian Lawyers Association and American Bar Association.

Joseph R. Bongiorno, Esq.

Joseph R. Bongiorno was born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1959. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1985, and U.S. District Court, Southern, Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1990. He was further admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and United States District Court, District of New Jersey.

Educated at Boston College for his undergraduate degree (obtaining BA with honors in 1981) and his juris doctor from Fordham University in 1984, Joseph R. Bongiorno has used his legal expertise fighting for his clients ever since.

He is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, New York state Trial Lawyers Association; Association of Trial Lawyers of America, American Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association, and has been a Guest Lecturer at St. John's University School of Law for a Trial Practice Course from 1988-1995. Mr. Bongiorno has a passion for helping people at all levels of litigation. Mr. Bongiorno treats every client with respect and integrity, bringing a positive energy to all the matters he handles.
